Tiger Hobbies Was Formed In 2002 After A Period Of Trading As Gary’s Models. Prior To This Our Managing Director, Gary Ford Served In The Royal Air Force For 26 Years In The Supply Trade.

After a short period in retailing models and collectables Gary used his experience in logistics to move into importing and distribution, and took the opportunity to take on board a new Diecast company called Hobby Master.

Hobby Master has grown since 2006 into one of the world’s largest manufactures of Diecast Military Models.

Tiger Hobbies’ mission was to bring UK Modellers and Collectors products with a retail price similar to that found overseas (excluding UK VAT at 20%).

The number of brands that Tiger Hobbies import and distribute within the UK has grown to include the following brands; Century Wings, Star Ace, Rye Field Models, Great Wall Hobbies, IBG Models, Very Fire, Gecko Models, Valom etc. Further to this we are also the UK’s largest retailer of Zoukei Mura (Super Wings Series) which are some of the most detailed plastic model kits you can buy.

Together with the above we are proud to still be Hobby Master’s UK Importer which we have done for over 11 years.

Tiger Hobbies is still a small but effective company coupled with a dedicated team whose aim is to deliver great value models and Diecast collectables.
